Job Description :

Design and documentation of the appropriate SharePoint solution based on information architecture and the customer’s functional and non-functional requirements
* Install/configure/deploy SharePoint Farms
* Configure/analyze/tune Search Functions
* Deploying SharePoint Solutions
* Administration, configuration and troubleshooting for MS SharePoint Server 2007 and MS SharePoint Sites
* Maintaining versions
* Troubleshooting Check In/Check Out problems
* Creating and managing Records Management Solutions
* Implementing Policies and configuring Information Rights Management
* Managing Documents, User Profiles and Audiences
* Implementing, configuring and managing Excel Services and InfoPath Forms Services
* Managing Web parts and Site Contents
* Perform routine maintenance and support activities
* Perform backups of SharePoint systems and backend SQL databases
* Deploy projects using webMethods Deployer
* Perform troubleshooting tasks for the Integration Server and Broker Should be able to do System Performance Tuning and debuggig.
* Must have ability to work in a high-pressure 24x7 environment

Desired Profile:

* A working knowledge of Microsoft’s current Office SharePoint Server 2007 platform and supporting technologies including:
* SQL Server 2000/2005
* Internet Information Server 6.0
* Active Directory
* Windows Workflow Foundation
* Server farm design concepts
* Windows networking principles
* Microsoft Office SharePoint Designer 2007
* Knowledge on STSADM command line utility
Good Communication Skills and familiar with Global Delivery concepts like transition and continuous improvement.
* High-level technical knowledge of Windows & Unix operating systems
* Hands-on knowledge and expsoure to various versions/components of WebMethods Server
Should be able to install, upgrade, configure, and perform basic maintenance tasks on Integration Server, Broker, Monitor, and My webMethods Server
