Job Description :

*The Social Networker's responsibilities will include actively managing Netconnect Community to represent the Netconnect Brand.
*Monitor and participate in Netconnect buzz on Orkut, Facebook, Mouthshut, Twitter and YouTube as well as on blogs and forums. They will utilize the most current social networking tools and applications to generate increased conversation about the brand.
*Develop blog posts, video, photos and podcasts to communicate news, product announcements, provide insights on industry trends and issues, and contribute to an open dialog with consumers.
*Summarize and communicate customer insights as well as traffic statistics to internal team.
*Act as brand evangelist, engaging customers by responding to their requests and needs.
*Proactively work with communications and marketing teams to help resolve customer questions and respond to customer feedback on Netconnect and third party sites.
*Ensure that the best, most current, most compelling content is available by working with Reliance Netconnect Team.
*Develop and deploy new programs to build and engage the Netconnect community.

Desired Profile :

*Must be conversant in the language of web 2.0 communications with tools such as Social Networking, Wikis, Forums. Blogs, Vlogs, Podcasts, RSS, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube Links to his online life/activities would be required.
*MBA. Communications or Journalism background preferred. Strong marketing understanding and excellent analytical skills
*Excellent interpersonal skills. Can-do attitude, diplomacy, and confidence are a must.
*Exceptional oral and written communication skills required
*Must have strong and demonstrated eye for quality content
*Must be able to understand bigger picture company strategy and how social networking can help foster that strategy
*Ability to develop strategic initiatives that help drive the dialog and promote the Netconnect brand
*Must understands language and jargon of the Netconnect community
*Deep understanding of community building techniques and a demonstrated ability to grow online communities a must
*An outgoing, strong personality to match both the community and company culture is desired
*Experience moderating group discussions and managing community leaders
*Must have a solid understanding of web development and web functionality
