Job Description:

• Conceptualize and design effective Target Plan and assign to DBM’s and BM's.
• Conceptualize and implement sales plan and sales promotion plan get effective sales support. Develop Strategies on Lead Fulfillment
• Provide direction & conceptualize action plans for recruitment of advisors for his branch, drive R&R initiatives in the branches
• Ensure Training of Asst. Sales Manager and Sales Manager. (Product knowledge / Selling skills etc.)
• Liaison and Other Departments to solve day to day issues.
• Overall responsibility of managing his team for the given branch. Responsibility for recruitment, motivation & retention of employees
• Review / Monitor / Analyze sales performance and competitor activities
