Job Description :

• Screening/ short listing the candidates and forwarding them to the HR MANAGER for final selection.
• Should interact with short listed candidates and coordinating interviews.
• Should maintain and updating complete database of incoming CVs.
• Should handle senior and middle level profiles & internal & external recruitment activities .
• Validation and evaluation of CVs and assessment of the candidates Recruitment status reports and updation.
• Schedule interviews and confirming the same with the candidates
• Source the profiles from various job portals (Naukri, Monster,).
• Should conduct preliminary interview with the candidate to check their expertise in various skill sets, and qualify the candidate for the appropriate requirement.
• Should negotiate with the candidates on relocation and cost factors.
• Should maintain database constantly.
• Coordinating campus interviews and job fairs.

Experience in handling internal & external recruitment activities.
