Designation: Business Development Executive/Training Manager

Job Description:

* Core pre sales activities for software testing business.
* Proposal management & coordination, event management
* Lead generation & customer relationship (internal & external)
* Sales collaterals design & maintenance, presentation design & delivery
* Marketing activities like branding, alliance management, client visits
* Market intelligence, Competitors analysis / research activities
* Generating order pipeline, road shows, develop Go-to- market strategy for regions & verticals
* Partner with BU’s in strategic capacity to plan for and execute BU training needs
* Meet exceed SLA’s laid down for the specific BU
* Responsible for planning current and future training needs for the BU/ Center
* Direct the team to ensure smooth functioning of the training for the BU
* Continuously improve Training Service provide
* Work closely with HR for skill development of the resources

Desired Profile:

Required Technical Skills:
Excellent written and oral communications Skills, including Strong English grammar skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Required Specific Skills:
Basic knowledge of insurance processes, Strong relationship building/relationship management skills. High-performing team member with ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously. Ability to gain a deep understanding of client issues and needs. Excellent capabilities to support large accounts and knowledge of information technology requirements, familiarity of IT Skills with strong selling drive

Experience: 2 to 8 Yrs

Education: Any Degree, MBA ,BE/B.Tech
