Designation: Senior Executive/ Assistant Manger - Marketing (VAS)

Job Description:

1. The person would be responsible to drive VAS revenue from IVR services, subscription- SMS, Voice, USSD services by closely working with different VAS vendors.
2. Roll out new products catering to the local market and to different segment of customers, -conceptualize, implement & roll out new products keeping customer first.
3. Data mining & MIS tracking on performance of the various products.
4. Closely work with Service delivery team, to offer the best of service to the customers.
5. Monitor Market developments and track competition.
6. Roll out new process to increase the penetration of VAS services.

Desired Profile :

Person should have hands on experience working on voice & subscription services either with Teleco or with a VAS vendor. 3-5 years experience preferable, Adaptable, Assertive, strong communicators with good planning skills and high energy levels would be ideal.
