Job description:
*Adequate knowledge on Sybase, Oracle, Unix. (Java exp is optional)
*Must have prior development / production support experience. This role is for Production Support, hence written / spoken communication has to be good
*Support for 2 tier / 3 tier apps with SQL / Oracle knowledge is required
*Ability to work in a heterogeneous environment. Ability to interface with the customer directly is a must
*Domain knowledge in Treasury desirable but not mandatory
*Sound knowledge in MQ installation, configuration, customization of MQ Series including definition and maintenance of MQ resources - channels, clusters, queue managers etc
*Unix Scripting/C++/Unix-Perl

Desired Profile:
Strong Knowledge of (SMS) 2003 with more than 4+ yrs experience. Strong knowledge on Designing SMS 2003 and Capacity planning for Multi-location, large environment. Excellent knowledge on Patch management and Software deployment, preferably with OSD. Excellent Knowledge of Active directory and schema IIS 5.0, DHCP, DNS.
