Designation: Tech lead - White box Testing

Job Description :

QA Engineers on Advertising System’s Ad Serving work on different component of the system with serving system knowledge. The Serving Systems are predominantly backend systems, and as such, this is a very technical QA role. Engineers on this team spend their days writing test tools and test cases in Perl and C++, assembling test environments, and executing tests and interpreting the results. QA Engineers are expected to plan and document testing for their areas of responsibility and to interface proactively and directly with development teams. The QA Engineer is also expected to build and execute automate test suites that are required to test the Serving Systems. The QA Engineer should also have the ability to understand multiple interfaces that affect Serving System components and their impact on the testing of Serving System Components.

Minimum Job Qualification
• 5-8 yrs minimum experience
• White box testing experience.
• C++ proficiency.
• Excellent Unix skills (FreeBSD and Red Hat Linux in particular)
• Perl and scripting proficiency.
• Knowledge of the Software Quality Assurance discipline (ability to plan a test effort, identify test cases, evaluate coverage, etc.)
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Good communication skills and Self directed.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent
