Job Description Technical Skills :

* Handle calls/emails
* Raise requests on behalf of the users
* Do basic trouble shooting.
* Route the tickets to the concerned resolver groups.
* Study and understand the planned documents.
* Process the transactions as per the process.
* Quality Control the transactions as per the QC’s checklist
* Report progress / problems to Reporting Manager.
* Follow the process guidelines
* Adhere to the process & procedures set
* Participate in team briefing/ Process review meetings.
* Perform to achieve the SLA

ELIGIBILITY:
* Minimum 50% aggregate marks in academics starting from STD X onwards
* Correspondence and Distance education based qualification is not recognized by TCS
* B.E / B. Tech/ MCA - with minimum 3+ year of experience
* Other degrees like Diploma/ B.Sc/BCA with 3.5+ years of relevant experience
* Not more than 2 years of cumulative break in education and career
* Candidates who have appeared in the TCS selection process in the last 6 months are not eligible
