#Serves as a liaison between Ohio Casualty Home office and the Regional Territory Managers for improvement and
continuous development of all Agency Management processes. Ensures that "Best Practices" are being executed across all functions.
#Manages the Home Office marketing team including but not limited to Marketing Consultants, Communication
Specialists, Business Analysts, and Agency Interface.
#Provides training, coaching, work direction, feedback and counsel to the Regional Marketing teams.
#Drives the usage of data such as SalesForce.com to identify opportunities for agency development.
#Assists in the development and execution of all company marketing and agency management strategies, both short- and long-term.
#Identifies and implements tools to support Territory Managers and Agency Specialists.
#Analyzes regional agency incentive programs resulting in recommendations of additional tactics to increase new business.
#Develops, supports and encourages high quality agency relations.
#Performs other duties as assigned.

Desired Profile:

# 3 + YRS Exp in Direct Sales
# Good Communication
#Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent.
#Demonstrated knowledge of agency management, marketing, product pricing, underwriting, claims and finance with a primary focus on agency management and marketing.
#Experience with successfully integrating broad company objectives into team tasks and activities.
#Demonstrated ability to build and grow supportive internal relationships.
#Able to influence the actions and opinions of others in a desired direction, and to exhibit judgement in leading others to worthwhile objectives.
#Able to work with people in such a manner as to build high morale and group commitments to goals and objectives.
