Technical Recruiter And Sales Manager (US Staffing)

About us:

Established in 1993, FCS is an Information Technology Solutions provider involved in Business Process

Outsourcing; Technical Support; Web based Support; Staff Augmentation & Supplementation for its Marquee Clients in the US. It offers full life cycle IT consulting services that include but not limited to project management, system analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. These services are provided either on-site (US) or off-site at their offshore facilities (India)

At present we are hiring at various positions within our company & primarily looking for Sr. Technical Recruiters and Sales Managers – US to US Staffing. These positions will be based out of our facility at Noida (NCR).


Brief job description of the Technical Recruiter Profile:


v Provide full life cycle of IT recruitment (Traditional Recruiting, Web based Recruiting), that includes: identification and sourcing of external talent, internal marketing of applicable candidate profiles

v Traditional Methods would include social networking, Employee Referrals, Cold calling, Advertising, and internal resume databases.

v External recruitment methods would include searching various US job portals

v Match/Qualify resume against the job requirement.

v Pre-qualify the candidates by evaluating technical strengths and career goals through an in-depth technical screening. This would involve talking to the candidates in the US on the phone.

v Generate momentum by providing consistent follow up and feedback in order to manage expectations, candidate’s availability status that results in a smooth hiring process.

v Coordinate with the Internal Sales Team on a daily basis to follow-up for previous submittals & make new searches on fresh requirements.

v Coordinate telephone and in person interviews with applicants to further evaluate candidate's employability.

v Maintain and manage all relationships with large and boutique retained 3 party agencies, search/contingency firms.

v Maintain excellent rapport with consultants and engage in extensive networking

Essential Requirements:

v Good theoretical understanding of current IT keywords prevalent in the US market

v Good communication skills

v Willing to work in night shift

Educational Qualification:

v B.E. /BCA/ B.Tech / B.Sc., BIS

OR

v BBA/B.com with MBA (Information Systems)

OR

v MCA

OR

v Graduate with GNIIT or other relevant IT Courses & relevant work exp.
